Matea Ramey

Matea Ramey

Hometown: Fort Collins, Colorado

Matea joined the lab Summer of 2019 following the completion of her freshman year. She has been involved in understanding the impact that active workstations can have on cognition and physical health, as well as understanding the impact that the built environment can have on physical activity and health through experimental measures using virtual reality. Matea graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in psychology concentrated in mind, brain, behavior, and minor in statistics from CSU in May 2022. She is planning on taking a gap year following graduation and then continuing on to pursue a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience. In her free time, she loves to work out, box, be outside in the sun, and read!

Jason Sadowski

Jason Sadowski

Hometown: Lakewood, Colorado

Jason joined the Graham Behavioral Medicine Lab in the spring of 2022 and will be assisting by running and interviewing participants for the Workstation study. He is on track to graduate in the spring of 2023 and plans to move to graduate school in order to pursue a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a license to practice therapy. Jason's long-term goal is to start a private practice where he can offer free or reduced therapy to those who may have trouble affording it. In Jason's free time, he enjoys playing video games, reading, and learning about conspiracy theories.

Kiley Smith

Kiley Smith

She/Her/Hers

Hometown: Windsor, Colorado

Kiley joined the Grahams Behavioral Medicine Lab in the Spring of 2022, and she will be helping with collecting data and interacting with participants for the Workstations study.  Kiley's graduation will be Spring of 2023, when she hopes to pursue graduate school for a degree in applied health psychology or sports psychology. Kiley also plans on getting her ACE certification for group fitness instructing to practice that as a side job. In Kiley's spare time, she loves to play tennis, hike, workout, reorganize her living space, and watch mystery movies.

Elisa Randazzo

Elisa Randazzo

Hometown: Asheville, North Carolina

Elisa Randazzo joined the lab in Spring 2022 and will help run and interview participants for the Institution-Related Information study. She is on track to graduate in the Fall of 2024, with a B.S. in Psychology, with an Industrial/Organizational concentration. Elisa's long-term goal is to practice I/O psychology in the field. For now, she loves to hike, swim, read, and eat bagels.

Smriti Maskey

Hometown: Fort Collins, Colorado

Smriti joined the Graham Behavioral Medicine Lab in Spring of 2022, and got matched to the project: The Effect of Institution-Related Information on Experience Expectation. She will be in her final year at CSU starting in the Fall of 2022 majoring in Psychology with a concentration on Clinical/Counseling on the Pre-Medicine track. She hopes to pursue a medical or doctorate degree to practice therapy and/or medicine. In her free-time she loves spending time with her peers on campus by being an officer to Psi Chi, Maintaining Pre-Health Minds, and Premedica club all on campus!

Gabrielle Bowman

Hometown: Fruita, Colorado

Gaby joined the lab in 2022 during her Junior year. She is set to graduate during 2024 in the Spring. After graduation, she plans to use her psychology degree to work in the mental health field while pursuing a master's degree to become a licensed therapist. her goal is to provide therapy to children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the animal shelter, hiking, and painting.

Kensey Sapper

Hometown: Ramona, California

Kensey joined the Graham Behavioral Medicine lab in the summer of 2022 and will be assisting the research team working on the workstation study. She will be graduating in the spring of 2024 with her B.S. in psychology and hopes to continue her education through a master’s program, with the long-term goal of working in a clinical setting. In her free time, Kensey enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, snowboarding, and swimming, and wishes to visit each of the 63 national parks!

Taylor Johnson

Hometown: San Diego, California

Taylor joined the lab in the Fall of 2022. She will graduate in the Spring of 2024 with a B.S. in psychology. She plans to go to grad school and get a Ph.D. in clinical or counseling psychology to work as a sports psychologist for a collegiate or professional team. Additionally, she would like to teach a college class on health and sports psychology. In her free time, Taylor enjoys swimming, running, watching Schitt’s Creek, and doing puzzles.

Riley joined the Graham Behavioral Medicine lab in Fall of 2022. She is an Army ROTC cadet in CSU’s Ram Battalion. She is on track to graduate Spring 2025 with a B.S in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical/Counseling and a minor in Military Science. Riley’s long-term goal is to practice clinical psychology in a military setting. She likes to maintain an active lifestyle and loves the outdoors. In her free time, Riley enjoys tennis, hiking, and painting.
